TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Introduction

These terms and conditions, which may be amended anytime apply to Boracay Ocean Club gift coupons made available online, through any device, or by email. By using the Boracay Ocean Club website, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below.

1. Scope and Role 

Through the website shop.boracayoceanclub.com, we  provide an online platform through which bookings can be made for various types of temporary accommodation.

Upon reservation of your room, a confirmation email shall be sent to you guaranteeing your reservation. 

Atlantis, the website provider and manager of Boracay Ocean Club, is responsible for the transaction process on www.ph.atlantis.asia .As such, Atlantis manages transaction disputes should payment process issues occur. In addition, if there are any questions, remarks or complaints about the booking, hotel or the transaction, please contact them or through our email helpdesk@ph.atlantis.asia .

2. Reliance on Third Party Information and Services

When rendering their services, the information that Atlantis discloses is based on the information provided to them by Boracay Ocean Club. Although they will use reasonable skill and care in performing their services, they will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete, or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), any interruptions (whether due to any temporary and/or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of our website or otherwise), inaccurate, misleading or untrue information, or non-delivery of information.

3. Privacy and Cookies

The privacy of all gift coupon users is respected. As a gift card user you can rest assured that no gift card usage data of any kind is shared with anyone else, neither on an individual basis (i.e. one gift coupon) nor on an anonymized aggregated basis (i.e. multiple gift coupons). 

4. Payment and Prices

Payments are immediately due when ordering. Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, and available local payment methods. All gift coupons payment processes are properly secured. Payments (pending) cannot be amended or canceled. The processing of gift coupon transactions requires 24 hours. As such, the purchased gift coupon code can be redeemed after 24 hours.

All hotel prices on shop.boracayoceanclub.com are displayed including VAT and other taxes unless stated differently on our website or in the confirmation email. 

Business orders are generally settled by invoice payment. Orders to be paid via invoice are sent within two business days. Please note that the gift coupons will only be activated once the order payment has been made. Please contact Atlantis for questions or special requests.

Please note that selling of gift coupons is on a limited basis. 

5. Cancellation of a gift coupons

All gift value codes are bearer instruments. As gift value codes can be duplicated or shared with third parties after the sale, and hence be redeemed by any third party, order cancellation is not possible.

6. Validity of gift coupons

All gift coupons are valid for one year after purchase or as stated.

Atlantis reserves the right to block/deactivate any gift coupon of which the payment has been canceled or not received in any way. In case one or more bookings have been made with a gift coupon that has not been paid for fully, Atlantis reserves the right to cancel these bookings.

7. Redeem a Gift Coupon

Gift coupons are redeemable for all accommodations that show availability at shop.ahmgi.com at your selected dates and location. It is not possible to make your booking and redeem your gift coupon directly at the hotel. When making a booking at shop.boracayoceanclub.com, the gift coupon value will be deducted from the amount payable. One gift coupon can be used per booking. No rights can be derived from any special requests that are made when making the booking.

After the payment and/or redemption of the gift coupon, you will receive the booking confirmation via email. You can then print this booking confirmation and show it to the receptionist when checking in at the hotel. Make sure to have your identification with you as the hotel could request this.

It is not possible to redeem your gift coupon for funds or cash payment.

8. Cancel or Modify Booking

Please check the cancellation policy on your booking confirmation. If the booking can be canceled then please send your cancellation request with your booking confirmation to www.ph.atlantis.asia . To change your booking, please cancel your booking and make a new booking.

In the case of a no-show (i.e. remaining absent from the booked accommodation), there will be no refund.

10. Further Correspondence

By completing a booking or by ordering a gift coupon, you agree to receive (i) an email that we may send to you prior to your arrival date with information on your destination and reservation and (ii) an email which we may send to you after your stay

11. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, the intellectual property rights (including the copyrights) of the content, material, and information on this website is property of Boracay Ocean Club. Without Boracay Ocean Club’s written consent, no part of this website may be used or reproduced.
